Manager – Enterprise Risk Management Department

Skills

• Minimum 10 years substantive ERM experience with increasingly progressive responsibility,and at least 4 years in a management/specialist position.
• International experience in ERM in the oil and gas industry is essential.
• Ability to set a clear vision for the ERM programme and to successfully execute on the vision.
• Experience of working within ERM, project risk management, IT risk management, healthand safety, internal audit, compliance, HAZOPs or other risk management process in a comparable organization.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management in the oil & gas industry would be an advantage.
• Expert knowledge of Enterprise, Project and Operational Risk Management frameworks.
• Ability to produce management reports and meaningful analysis of findings and present them in a clear concise manner.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities and interpersonal skills to interface at allmanagement levels.
• Ability to understand risk information and liaise with colleagues in and outside of the RiskManagement. Ability to describe technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• Experience using risk management technology tools.
Education:
• ERM related qualification from a recognized international institution.
• Professional designation in project management, such as Project Management Professional(PMP).
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, engineering, economics, business administration,accounting, financial management, law or a closely related specialty OR completed arelevant certification.
• Master’s Degree in any related field.
• Professional Associations :Membership of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) or equivalent is an advantage

Vacancy 2 – Job Description

• Conducts audits within ADNOC and assigned Group Companies to evaluate and contribute tothe improvement of governance, risk management and control processes using systematicand disciplined approach.
• Participates in the periodic Risk Assessments and development ofthe Division’s Risk-Based Work Plans.

Skills

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting/Auditing and professional qualification (e.g. CIA,ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is desirable.
• 7 years relevant experience in internal auditing, with varied experience in oil and gasoperations and their inherent challenges/risks in the context of corporate function.
• In-depth knowledge of International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) andother standards and their interpretation and application to Internal Auditing practice.
• High interpersonal skills in line with the Corporate Role that requires interaction withall levels of Management in ADNOC and Group Companies.
• High level of proficiency in English, working knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
